PLAYER SELECTION CAMP BEGINS FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 2, 2011
Junior B hockey provides an opportunity for hockey players up to 21 years old to continue to play a highly competitive level of hockey without the time and travel commitments demanded in the Junior A leagues. Players are able to balance their schedules between education, career and a high caliber of skilled hockey competition.
The Strathmore Wheatland Kings are entering their fourth season of competition. While many skilled players are coming to camp there are no guarantees and openings at all positions as we continue to build a championship tradition.
All ice times are at the Strathmore Family Centre. Ice times are:
Friday September 2, 2011 - 7:30 - 10:30 pm
Saturday September 3, 2011 - 7:30 - 10:30 pm
Sunday September 4, 2011 - 7:30 - 10:30 pm
Monday September 5, 2011 - Black and Gold Game (Top 30 Players) - 2:00 - 4:30 pm
Cost for the Player Selection Camp is $100 per player.

4 0N 4 CONDITIONING CAMP BEGINS SUNDAY AUGUST 28, 2011
We are once again offering this conditioning camp to prepare the more serious hockey players from 15 to 20 years old for our tryout camp or to improve their physical conditioning for the upcoming season. We strongly encourage players who intend to tryout with Strathmore Wheatland Kings to enroll in this camp to ensure you are prepared to compete in the selection camp.
All ice times are at the Strathmore Family Centre.

Monday August 29, 2011 – 7:30 – 10:00 pm
Tuesday August 30, 2011 – 7:30 – 10:00 pm
